The Douglas County Illinois Board will be streaming the regularly scheduled May board meeting 05/20/2020 at 9:00am. the meeting will be streamed for public viewing to help keep compliant with the Open Meetings Act as well as the suggested social distancing guidelines set forth for COVID-19. You will have to click on the link for the meeting and download the installer for the meeting on your computer. You can also download the Zoom Meeting app (ZOOM Cloud Meetings) for your smart phone. Once in the meeting everyone will be muted except for the County Board.

All Douglas County sub-committee meetings for the month of May are slated to be held remotely via Zoom. Audience participation will be handled the same as the County Board meetings. Any sub-committee meeting that can be postponed for the month of May will be with the appropriate notice posted. Please contact the Douglas County Clerk for any additional information.
In order to ask a question during the portion for "Questions from the Press or Visitors" you will have to select the option "Raise My Hand" in order for the presenter to know you have a question and to unmute your microphone. The County Board Chairman will also ask if there are any questions related to the Agenda Items during the Public Commit portion of the meeting.
