Application for Homestead Improvement Exemption
→

This exemption defers for four years any increase in the assessment of your property due to an addition or other improvement  to your home for which the Assessor would add value.

-        A maximum of $75,000 is fair cash value of improvements
-        Have ownership in the property as of January 1st of the assessment
         year.

Owner Occupied Exemption
→

Homeowner’s Exemption – This is exemption requires that you reside in the property and have ownership. It will reduce your taxable assessed value by $5000 for taxes payable in 2008. The exemption amount will go up to $5,500 for taxes payable in 2009 and increase again to $6,000 for taxes payable in 2010. Complete the entire application and send to:
