The assessment complaint forms are to be used to object to
the assessment of non-farm property in Douglas County. This would include
residential, commercial and industrial property.
This form must be
fully completed and returned to the Douglas County Supervisor of
Assessments office at the address below. Incomplete forms will not be accepted
and will result in denial of your complaint request. No more than one parcel
number per complaint form.
Deadline for filing the
Douglas County Complaint forms is December 2, 2011. No complaints will be
accepted after this date.
