Comment: I think your web site is horrible. It only contains
infromation on your employees. I don't care about the empolyees. I looked for a
case in the county and unlike the rest of the counties of Illinois where this
infromation can be found easily on Judici.com. Get with the time...you suck. I
hope you understand why I haven't left my info.
Response: We are sorry you feel that way, but we only enter data that is given to us. If the information such as Judici.com is not provided we can not add it. For future reference though Judici.com is a paid for service that has been purchased by the Circuit Clerk's Office and will be available shortly. Comment: I would like if I could look up my traffic fines under
Circuit Clerk on this site or on Judici.com so I know how much I owe. Also I
would like to pay online.
Response: Although the Circuit Clerk has approved the funding
for Judici.com, they have not set it up yet. Once it is set
up on Judici.com's side we will link to it from the Douglas County website with
the possibility of being able to pay online as well.
Comment: Your website is not up to standards of the now
generation. You have limited access to everything. I had to call for
information on how to go about recording a deed, which should have been posted
on the website, i.e; cost, where to record, etc. Small towns are very difficult
to deal with in today's world and this is just another prime example.
Response: Thank you for your feedback. We do try to keep up to date information on the website, but unless each office gives us the info ( i.e. cost, where to record ) we can not post it. We could suggest that you let the County Clerk's Office know that you would like to see some of these additions to their web page.
